What is Ashford Cleaners Customer App?
Ashford Cleaners App is the most convenient Pickup & Delivery app, using technology to make your life easier so you have more time to get back to your busy life. Through the app busy customers get the best, the most convenient, high-quality pickup and delivery experience. You can now conveniently place a pickup and delivery order online or use Walk-in option to drop off your garments or pickup at the store and pay in advance without waiting in line.
How does it work?
1. Download the app, and create an account using
your mobile phone number to register.
2. A security code is sent to your mobile phone and must be used to activate your account.
3. Setup your profile.
4. The pickup location will automatically be set to your current location, Tap "Current Location" to edit the pickup location.
5. You may use the search option or use the Saved Addresses.
6. Use service, search or filter options to find the specific business (e.g Antony Shoe Repair within 1 Mile).
7. Use the Walk-in button to display stores that offer walk-in feature.
9. Based on your address, and selected options, Cleantie will display the stores that offer delivery service to your location.
10. You can click on the business name and read the customer's review, ratings, delivery hours, prices etc.
11. Tap the star icon to set your primary store.
12. From the available businesses, tap on the star icon to select your favorite store.
Pickup & Delivery Request Process
1. Tap the
Icon, then "Pickup Date" option and select a date.2. Tap the "Pickup Time" and select an available time. If the 'Now' option is available, the Pickup time would be auto selected within the ETA period.
3. Enter any special request and tap 'Request Pickup' to initiate the request.
4. Once your pickup request is accepted, you will receive a push notification confirming the request.
Follow steps below to cancel your pickup request
1. Tap the
icon from the top left corner. 2. Select 'Pickup Requests'.
3. Select the pickup request you wish to cancel.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the request and tap 'Delete Request'.
Walk-in drop off process
1. Tap the
icon for Walk-in option. 2. Select Drop Off if you are dropping off.
3. Tap the "Droff Date" option and select a date.
4. Tap the "Drop off Time" and select an available time.
5. Enter total items being dropped off.
6. Enter any special request and tap 'Drop off' to initiate the request.
7. You now may drive to the store and drop off your bag or request curb-side drop off.
Walk-in Pickup process
1. Tap the icon for Walk-in option. 2. Select Pickup if you are picking up your items.
3. Tap the "Pickup Date" option and select a date.
4. Tap the "Pickup Time" and select an available time.
5. All ready invoices will be displayed.
6. Check mark invoices and select Pay.
7. Drive to the store and your items will be ready for pickup. Your may request curb-side pickup
